About Get At Me Dad
Empowering Fathers. Strengthening Families. Transforming Communities.
Get At Me Dad is a fatherhood-centered nonprofit organization rooted in the belief that when fathers thrive, families and communities rise. Founded by Certified Lactation Counselor and Community Health Worker Reginald Day, we exist to equip, educate, and engage fathers—particularly Black and Brown fathers—who are often overlooked in parenting spaces and health conversations.
Through support groups, coaching, and culturally relevant resources, we help dads show up whole: emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and socially.
Our Mission
To educate, engage, and equip fathers with the tools, knowledge, and community support they need to lead healthy families and contribute meaningfully to maternal, infant, and child health outcomes.
Our Vision
A future where the narrative of fatherhood, especially in Black and Brown communities, is respected by all.
